Shipping policy

Free shipping is available on all orders over $100CND before taxes and after discounts or special offers. A real time shipping rate applies to orders under $100.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and then shipped through Canada Post or a shipping courier.

Shipping couriers and Canada Post will provide an estimated delivery time; however, please be aware that this is not a guarantee. To know when your order will be delivered, it's best to check the tracking of your parcel. An email will be sent with tracking information; if you don't see it, please check your junk mail.

If you choose free shipping, it will be delivered via ground. If you need products in a hurry, please opt for express shipping.

Please note that during high-volume holiday seasons, delays are expected on all orders, including express shipping.
